Coaching is a very effective and personalised way of developing your skills, ability and performance. You’ve probably received technical music coaching previously; so our priority is providing the vital behavioural and emotional support you may not have received before.
The job of a coach is to provide you with perceptive feedback and guidance, create the space for powerful insights and deliver transformational, long lasting change in your world.
The Real Human coaching style
You are a whole person, a real human, not just a musician. That’s why this coaching will work with the ‘whole’ you, not just the musical part, as that’s where big transformation takes place.
I’ll work with you to clarify your aspirations and expectations, gain thorough insight into your current situation and challenges, and then we can team up to set some clear goals to get you where you want to be.
We’ll track these goals to make sure you’re making continuous progress in the right direction and I’ll support you to hurdle any barriers you come across on the way.
Here are some examples of the topics I can help you with:
- Stage fright
- Writers block / creative flow
- Lack of confidence
- Stress and overwhelm
- Self-worth (asking for sufficient pay etc.)
- Taking knock backs and rejection
- Dealing with conflict
- Work life balance
- Live performances
- Communication break down
- Lack of motivation
- Fear or failure and / or judgement
